Ingredients: Organic Burdock, organic Dandelion root organic Peppermint, organic Red clover, organic Licorice, organic Turmeric organic Yellow dock and organic Ginger .Other ingredients: Flax seeds, Lemon, Activated Charcoal, Probiotics, Apple Cider Vinegar, Apple Fiber, Psyllium Husk Cactus. Directions: Add 1 Teaspoon  to 7 ounces of water, warm or cold. Add 1 teaspoon of  apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, stir or blend. Do not add sweeteners. Take once daily, before breakfast or before  dinner.
